Spring is Upon Us
So do you ever find yourself needing to put together a quick card? Try blocking as a technique to whip one up in a snap. Simply use leftover pieces of patterned paper to use for your base background, stamp on a strip for the top layer, add alittle embellishment and your done!
Stamps: Out of the Box Hostess Level 1 stamp set
Cardstock: Melon Mambo, white, More Mustard, Past Hostess 1 Patterns Paper Pack using More Mustard, Rose Red paper
Ink: Melon Mambo, Not Quite Navy, More Mustard
Accessories: Scallop Edge punch, gold brads
This little flower card is perfect for spring. Here in Phoenix, the flowers and roses in my garden are really bloomin' up a storm - here's a couple for you:
Mexican Evening Primrose
Joseph's Coat Climbing Rose
Hope you are enjoying Spring in your neck of the woods! See you next time...
